Rafael Rodriguez graduated in 1986 from the  New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree and in 1993 received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The City College of New York.

He’s worked in Palm Beach, West Palm Beach  and surrounding communities since 1996. He served as a commissioner on of the City of West Palm Beach’s Historic Preservation Board, the Community Re-Development Agency, was a founding member of Northwood GREEN Life and was Past President of the Palm Beach Rotary Club.  Rafael is an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the Palm Beach State College. He has won multiple Historic Preservation awards.
